It was a confusing and unprofessional process. They have unclear objectives for their internship program. There are lots of tardiness issues, too. It was disappointing because I looked forward to learning more about the company.

I just started the process so I have only had a phone interview with them. The interview went very well, the interviewer asked very surface-level questions. I wasn't asked about strengths or weaknesses just about previous job experience and what I knew about Delta Credit Union and the internship program they have.

Interview
I applied for the position online. I was contacted and given a phone screening. After that, a credit check was done, then an in person interview was scheduled. The interview consisted of two parts. First part was with the recruiter and the second part was with the vice president, assistant vice president, and field support technician manager.
