It was star formatted. They asked you a lot about prior experience. The wanted know about your background and where you had come from. They wanted to make sure you were physically fit to perform the job. They wanted to know about your goals. They wanted to know if you had any questions about the job and the duties required.

After applying directly on the Delta Careers website, I was sent and email invitation and took an assessment online for 45 minutes and was then emailed shortly about my candidacy. I thought it was very quick and effective.

Makes you take a supply attendant test before interviewing you. Interview takes about 30 mins. There are two managers who will asked you 6 STAR format questions. After they interview you they make you answer questions on a piece of paper making sure you know how to read and write.
