I have applied twice. The first time I wasn't prepared for my video interview. I completely FROZE! About 10 days later I received the TBNT email. I was disappointed. Determined and not giving up....I applied again in early November.
Again, I had the greatest pleasure to receive an opportunity for another video interview. I knew STAR form was key!
Feeling a bit more relaxed I attempted again. Still nervous, but tried my best. I have been checking multiple times a day to look to see if I was Current and still under review.
I was until this am. I noticed it was now in Archived, but still saying Under Review. I sent an email asking for an approximate timeframe for either another TBNT or a hopeful invite for a F2F.
A representative from Delta contacted me almost immediately. She was very kind with her response to my question.
I am hoping that if it still says "Under Review" even though in Archived....I may still have a chance.
I am also prepared for the TBNT.
If this happens I will not give up!
Maybe, third time's the charm!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
