Applied for position in the last week of August, which involved two applications (1 requiring 10 years of work history), 3 references that were not related to me or working with me (1 required to know me for at least 10 years) and two personality assessments. Received digital interview request on August 31st and completed on September 3rd (must be completed in three business days). Because of the interview questions posted on here, I feel like I was well prepared for the interview. I hope to hear from them for a F2F. Remember to answer questions using the STAR method!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
