Really good interviewer!I really liked the way Carla conducted the whole process but I believe that it's now the kind job that I was looking for. So maybe next time I can do it again but not for now.

Interview
Applied online, invited to interview within days.. They did not offer to fly me in, but i called and asked, it was that easy. I flew in the day before and got a hotel near the airport with shuttle service.

Question 1
3 phase test, all Wonderlic style. Math, English and Personality analysis, took about an hour to finish. If you score well enough on the tests, interview follows immediately after. I wasn't invited to interview. No questions related to aviation or dispatching.
