Applied less than a week ago. I had a video interview. You have 3 days to complete found it was easy but was a little nervous. The questions were pretty basic. Take full advantage of the video practice session!, you can practice as many times you want. It helps you get comfortable in front of the camera. Use the STAR method and practice practice practice.. Now its a waiting game for a f2f
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
