I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
First phase included a recorded online interview. This was beneficial because you could practice how many times you liked and could take breaks in between questions. The next phase was a phone interview where I was asked confirmation questions such as, "Are you willing to move/travel? Do you have any visible tattoos?" The last phase entailed flying to Delta's Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. As soon as you are on site, SMILE and SHOW ENTHUSIASM!!! Your interview starts the second you step foot in the door. Meet as many people as possible and start small talk by sharing stories. DO NOT touch the snacks/beverages. You are interviewed face-to-face, tested on your reach and chair fitting, then give a short oral speech about yourself. When you are giving your presentation, ONLY do as they ask; meaning, only answer the questions they ask and do not add anything else (even if it supports your statements). All of my interview questions were already noted on previous reviews. All in all, I had a good experience with my interviewing process with Delta as a FA, I just wasn't the right candidate for them at that time.

Question 1
Tell a time when you made a mistake that could have affected the business or a customer, but no one found out?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
