I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Apr 2015
Interview
I began the interview online on April 16th. After submitting the video interview I received a phone call a few days later from a blocked ID. They explained the job & asked for my passport information (make sure you have this on you when they call) and told me I'd been accepted for a face-to-face interview in Atlanta. She told me I'd be getting an e-mail with flight information and interview dates, then gave me an e-mail address to contact if I didn't receive it within 7 days. 7 days went by & I hadn't received an e-mail so I sent them a message explaining the situation and provided my application information. I recently received an e-mail back that said "Hello, There are no longer any appointments available. Best Regards, Delta Talent Acquisition Team." I'm pretty disappointed; I wonder if they're no longer hiring flight attendant positions? Has anybody else had this experience recently? I was very excited for this opportunity and am upset if I missed my chance to interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you took initiative at work without direction. What were the results?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
