Interview
When you arrive you are waiting in a lobby for everyone to arrive. Once its time to begin you are asked to turn in paper work it is important to have ID, Application, Resume, Passport. Then you take elevator to the interview area and begin to chat with EVERYONE while you are assigned to your group. I did my 2 on 1 Interveiw first where I was asked 6 questions. Next went to a room where we learning about pay uniform and stood in front of everyone to state our name where we're from and what language we fluently speak. Make eye contact SMILE! Finally we did fireside chat where we pick one question out of a bowl and answer in front of everyone, Ask intelligent questions, be positive with good energy the entire time. Everyone is friendly. I didn't get the offer but used the opportunity as experience :)

Question 1
Name a time you went above and beyond regarding costumer service?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
