I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Feb 2015
Interview
Easy, Simple! .. I recently applied online in mid Feb. I immediatly got an email that told me to go back and complete an assessment which i did. I again received another email for video interview. i did and a week later i got another invitation for another video interview (i applied for bilingual position). so the second video interview had to be done in my second language. The following day after completing my second video interview (yesterday) i got an email stating that i had moved on and that i will be receiving a call in the following week or 10days. I got a call that same day (today) but unfortunately missed it. So hopefully i will be able to get the f2f opportunity like many have mentioned.
tips for those applying : for video interviews have examples of customer service, experiences etc ready and reversed ahead of time. Video interview doesn't really give you a lot of time to gather your thoughts together and you may run out of time. Speak up loudly so they can hear you and smile!
for bilingual candidates:: there will be questions that ask you to read an announcemnt in the language you are applying for and also to translate a paragraph (i kinda chocked on this part-very limited time)
i found it would be a good idea to reherse words in the language you are applying for language like "flight", "flight attendant" (duh), "temperature", "landed"( i actually forgot), "difficult customer" etc. it might seem pathetic but i felt it helped me to just hear myself say them before i did my interview so i didn't seem so nervous.
--I only said "no" to if i got an offer because i wanted to post my experience. Im still in the process.
THANK YOU GLASSDOOR!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker? What did you do? How did it end?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
I just received my invitation to do the virtual interview. This will be my first virtual interview. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any questions that I should be ready for?

Question 1
I have not done my interview yet. Just preparing for it and it made me create a question to be able to see what others are posting.
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
