I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview is panel style so there will be approximately seven individuals on the panel that consists of flight attendants on special assignments, field managers and HR staff. All asking scenario-based questions. I will say this month if you don't leave with a contingency offer you are not hired. They do not extend offers through the mail and they have a time stipulation as to when you can reapply.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a hostile situation and what did you do to resolve it?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
