Interview
I applied on line two weeks ago and heard back right away asking me to do a video interview. That was interesting talking to the camera on my computer. Three days later was interviewed by phone. The following Tuesday I received an invitation for a F2F interview in Atlanta on Friday. Thankful they would provide airfare to travel to Atlanta, I was frustrated that on Weds afternoon, I still did not have any instructions from them about the interview location or itinerary. I wondered if that was a test to see how I perform under pressure! Got to Delta headquarters early to meet with about 30 very well dressed candidates. There was a meet n greet of recruiters, FA and candidates. First we were given a packette to place resumes and passport, drivers license in with our group assignments. After introducing ourselves front of the group, we received an airline overview. We were told we should be very proud to make it to this point as we were selected from a field of over 200,000. After a break we moved on to individual interviews with two recruiters. While the recruiters were conferencing, we watched a video about Delta. Only two from our group were selected to move on. One of them was a previous FA and one looked like a model in her 20's.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
