I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
It is a three part group interview. The first part was a meet and greet. Please be very friendly and outgoing, they want to see how well you interact with the other interviewees as well as the hiring managers. The second was a test call over the phone. They are expecting you answer the phone as you would if you were working for Delta. You may not know the procedure but keep in mind that you always want to satisfy the customer. The third phase is a face to face interview. The questions were situational, Please be as precise as possible.
This was the most fun I had ever had at an interview. Everyone was extremely polite and encouraging. Some people find out if they were selected on the spot after the entire process is completed others have a 2 week window.
Interview process was very straightforward. Just be yourself be friendly and show them that you are ready to work. It’s going to be a group interview then you will take an assignment, after that If you pass the assignment your get to do a one on one f2f with a hiring manager.
The whole process to me was pretty straightforward. Definitely do come slightly earlier before your allocated interview time as you may have to wait before going to the first round of interview–i wouldn’t say it is exactly an interview, but a session where you can interview the staff of delta. Once done, you will then proceed for the proper interview with the relevant manager. They will ask a couple of scenario based questions relating the position. Just be yourself to be honest and answer as closely to what you’ve been asked, as possible.

Question 1
Have you encountered any misunderstandings or disagreements with your colleagues, if so, how did I handled the situation?
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I thought the process was really tedious, and it felt like no one was exactly sure what the end goal was or when it should be completed. It was like they had a goal in mind for the position but were unsure of what that person's skill might have been.
