Applied in 10/03, Phone Interview 01/14, In Person Interview 02/14. Interview process was long and filled with a bit of fakeness. Delta employees perform their song and dance routine to make everyone feel more at ease, however, these are the same people who will be interviewing you. During my 2 on 1 interview, one of the recruiters could have cared less that I was in the room and did many distracting things while I was answering questions. Very unprofessional. The problem with most of these recruiters are they do this everyday sometimes twice a day and I'm sure they get tired of dealing with new applicants.....at least this is how I was made to feel.

Was asked 6 STAR method questions. Nothing too difficult but remember to answer in STAR format or you will be eliminated.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
