I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
The interview process was broken into phases. Meet and greet, one-on-ones, introduction, jumpseat and overhead bin test, and galley cart activity. Not necessarily in that order. At the end there was a video will the hiring team chose their candidates for CJOs. If your name was called in the first few groups, you did not get the CJO.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you went over and beyond to help a customer?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
