This interview started off smoothly but left me feeling confused and lost in the end. When we arrived I at the headquarters located in Atlanta,Ga I mingled with other candidates before we all went inside to start the interview. Once our interview started at 9:30 it was all about zones and groups from then forward. We split into zones and did a group assessment, did the reach test and later mingled with a room full of Delta flight attendants. After that we sat down to watch a 30 min presentation then they called us in the zones again. I left in zone 2. Once we were on the van everyone was really confused. I received my TBNT email about 8 days later.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

(odvi)For the ODVI they give you an unlimited amount of time to prepare before hitting record. Not sure if the camera is still capturing you while you are preparing for the question even though you didn’t hit record so be mindful of that

It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
