My recent experience with Delsey during the interview process left me feeling disappointed and undervalued.
Despite expressing interest in joining the company and participating in what seemed like a promising interview with Human Resources with HR Director, I encountered a significant issue with the lack of follow-up. Following my interview with HR director & Export director at Delsey, I was informed that I would receive a response regarding the next steps in the hiring process.
However, despite their assurance, I never received any communication from them. In an attempt to seek clarity and follow up on my application status, I reached out to HR director to inquire about the progress of my application. Regrettably, my attempts to obtain information were met with silence, as I did not receive any response to my follow-up inquiry. This lack of communication and follow-up from HR director significantly impacted my perception of Delsey as a potential employer. It not only reflects poorly on the professionalism of the HR department but also raises concerns about the company's commitment to respecting candidates and maintaining transparent communication throughout the hiring process. As someone who values clear communication and professionalism, this experience with Delsey was disheartening and has left me questioning whether Delsey truly values its potential employees. I sincerely hope that Delsey takes this feedback seriously and addresses the shortcomings in their HR processes to ensure that future candidates are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
