1 coding assessment and 3 rounds of interview, they ghosted me after giving good interviews. HR never ever responds if you ask them about the status of your application. And on one bad day you get a sudden shocker of an email stating your candidature wont be processed.

Question 1
Basics about Java internals and Spring. More focus on current project and the nature of work.
The process begins with an initial interview with HR, continues with a detailed business case discussion led by a senior consultant from the team, and concludes with a final interview with the Partner.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds including case study., previous work experience and technology architecture. We later discussed salary range and perks and the type of projects I will be asked to lead.
Basic fit questions with several questions on the resume deals. The questions were clear and wasn't twisted, just trying to understand the candidates and no technicals or difficult questions that require hard logical thinking.
