The recruitment process at Deloitte was exceptionally professional and well-structured from start to finish. It consisted of an initial HR screening, online assessments, a group case study, and a final interview with a Partner. What stood out most was the quality of communication throughout the different stages.
I was particularly impressed by the structured feedback provided after the assessment center. The recruiters took the time to highlight both my strengths and areas for improvement, which is quite rare in high-volume recruitment. Even though the process is demanding, it felt like a genuine learning experience. It is a solid, transparent process that respects the candidate's time and professional growth.
