I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delivery Hero (Berlin) in Mar 2022
Interview
Stage 1: Talent Acq./HR interview
Stage 2: In person with manager
Stage 3: In office with 2 team members
Process seemed very positive until 2 days later I received a generic 'pass' email with no details or personalization, despite spending over 5 hours interviewing with the company
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delivery Hero (Berlin) in May 2022
Interview
My interview process was a unique experience. It was an online two phased process. Each phase had 3 interviews.
Reason being, I didn’t get the initial role I applied for (due to internal reasons explained to myself) but I was recommended and interviewed for the same role in another department in which an offer was extended. It was my most valuable interview and learning experience, and wouldn’t wish it any different given the insights I had gained.
Plus the quick feedback, quick turnaround between next stages, and open communication at each stage, all concluded within a month, eased the process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delivery Hero (Berlin) in Feb 2020
Interview
A 4 week process (Feb & March) consisting of 1) screening call2) team interview 3) interview with person that had left the position 4) 2 x 30 min VC's with CEO & COO.
I was asked to provide feedback post each process, which I provided in great detail, yet received none in return and had to chase regularly for responses and/or updates.
The role was advertised as a Senior EA position that would lead the current admin team, but the duties didn't quite marry per each person I spoke to.
The response I finally received (1 week post Stage 4, and me emailing asking for clarity), as to why I didn't get the role due to not having enough 'managerial experience' (I do, in spades), so it is apparent that they do not know what is is they seek thus, was a complete waste of my time.
Poor candidate experience with primary areas of communication/updates severely lacking. It doesn't surprise me why they have been unable to fill the role for some years, as there is little parity re: job spec vs. actual needs.
