The most disappointing aspect was that the Talent Acquisition associate only got in touch with me after a few interview rounds. The basic screening questions such as salary and level were cleared much later, and were not in line with expectations. A lot of the interviewers' and my time could have been saved.

- 3 interviews with team members (1h each) - walk through the CV and answer 1-2 behavioral questions + on the spot case studies (ca. 20 minutes)

It was the most robust interview process I experienced so for in my +10 years of experience. After each interview, in the same day, I was reached by HR team to plan next interview.
