The interviewers were not professional at all. They may talk very well and be able to use "professional" words, however, non of them have a decent understanding of how to measure and choose the correct talents.
I believe that they already knew who they wanted to choose and the whole interview and shortlisting was just a facade to show people that they're giving equal chances to people who want to apply.
In all fairness that was about 2 years ago but I applied twice and the result is the same.
