Sympathic and efficient. Telephonic interview then individual interview. Great team in the company. I recommend the company because they want the wellbeing before everything. Deliveroo seems to be a really good company, with a startup mind.

It was very well structured with the interviewer having pre pre-prepared set of questions to test your problem-solving skills, as well as general awareness about the industry. They also had a short 5 minute excercise at the end to understand your thought process and reasoning abilities.

It was great. All recruiters were absolutely the best and I was able to feel at ease sharing my skills. The asked questions that completely pertain to the role and helped me to have a better idea of what I will be doing.
