It was a terrible experience, I only talked with the headhunter once. Then they turned me down for an introduction call with HR and went directly with a 5 days long tech test.
After that, they told me through the headhunter that they removed the job offer and didn't even see the test.
TLDR: it was a waste of time for a disorganized interview process.

Primo step selezione con headhunter, video colloquio, in caso di esito positivo colloquio con uno dei fondatore. Non so altro perchè purtroppo non ho superato il primo step di selezione

Esempi concreti esperienze passate e come vedi il tuo futuro nel ruolo
Ho fatto 2 colloqui: uno con HR e uno con Direttore commerciale. Al 3 passaggio ho avuto esito. Tutto in 2 settimane. Sono stati molto simpatici ed accomodanti. L' HR ora è cambiata, ma sono sicuro che la prossima risorsa sarà altrettanto apprezzabile.
