The process is SLOW, so don't be discouraged if it takes a few months to hear back. They will bring you in for an initial interview, which will have three people. They will ask you a standard set of questions related to your job. They often bring people back for a second interview before making a hiring decision, and this interview can be more unstructured.

Easy nothing really to it they just called for phone interview first that turned into a face to face. Got a tour of the place. To took about a month to really start.
