Interview
1. 3rd party recruiters / headhunters will do the search & screening process (45 mins - 1 hr)
2. Once being shortlisted, a scheduled phone interview by DMPI's HR Business Partner will follow (45 mins - 1 hr)
3. Upon passing the phone interview, the candidate will be scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the Regional Area Sales Manager (45 mins - 1 hr)
4. Upon passing the interview with the RASM, the candidate will be scheduled for another face-to-face interview with the National Sales Manager (45 mins - 1 hr)
5. Upon passing the interview with the NSM, the candidate will be scheduled for another face-to-face interview with the HR Philippine Market Head (45 mins - 1 hr)
6. Upon passing the interview with the HR Head, the candidate will be scheduled for another face-to-face interview with Philippine Market GM/COO (30 - 45 mins)
7. Finally, upon passing the GM/COO level, the candidate will be scheduled for the final "panel interview" with the CEO and Executive Director of Del Monte Pacific Ltd. (1 hr)
8. Once the candidate passes the panel interview, the HR Dept. will discuss their Job Offer.
9. After which, the on-boarding process will follow.
