I was contacted by phone to answer a few eliminatory questions (why did you apply, why this job, tell me something about yourself, salary, why degordian). They called me next week for the psychological testing which was pretty thorough. I feel they are looking for a person who will fit into their culture, everything else can be learned. After the psychological testing, it took around a week to call me back for an interview. The interview was very pleasant. There were HR consultant and Head of Finance. It took around an hour (as they promised). The questions were more or less generic, we talked more about my personality than finance. There were five quite easy finance questions. The personality questions were the ones you hear all the time: flaws and virtues, difficult situation and how you handled them, where do you see yourself in two-three years, if you could be anything, what would you be and how does it connect to the position you are applying for, what kind of people you don't like working with, what would a colleague say about you etc. I didn't get the offer, but they sent me a really nice e-mail wishing me good luck in my future endeavors.
