Defy Product Development Engineer interview questions

Highly unprofessional interview. I was interviewed in the first round and was left in the dark. A week after the first interview I had not heard anything back from the HR department. Only after enquiring myself was I informed to complete psychometrics. I made it to the second round of interviews. During the second interview the hiring manager left abruptly to attend to a production problem (which I feel could have been handled by someone he could have placed in charge to finish the interview). The MD also received a call during my interview and also left. I feel this is highly unprofessional and made the second interview feel like a paper exercise. I was not notified of the outcome of the second interview even 2 months after the last interview. The way in which the interview was conducted speaks to the organization management involvement in employee growth which is maybe a red flag that I saw before being offered a permanent position and only realizing this later in the employment.
