Interview on teams with two technology line managers. Interview was easy compared to others I've faced. Interview grading is very rigid. Assessed on a 1-7 scale. Only two questions were assessed making the rest of the interview pointless. Felt like they were looking for specific buzzwords as opposed to a reasoned argument. The whole process felt like a tick box exercise. Interviewers didn't value much in the way of creativity or original research. Not the interviewers fault its just HR nonsense.
