Defaqto Software Developer interview questions

A full half day interview, with an hour interview and then an hour and a half technical test to produce a simple website and then talk through the development with 2 other developers. Then a written test for basic knowledge of asp.net. The most important thing about interviewing is to be honest, most of the time Defaqto is looking for a good fit into the team and may not necessarily be looking for the top skills, as these can all be taught.
