Deerfield Agency interview questions

Prescreening with one HR person then I got scheduled for an in person with a different person with HR to meet with them in person. At no point did they let me know who I was meeting with in person until 2 minutes for the interview. The position position posting says entry level but the HR person said I didn’t get the job due to lack of experience. Make it make sense

You get a sense of the culture right away as the first interview is with the leadership team. The tone was very conversational and the questions were mix of what I’ve done in the past and what I want to do long term.
