Terrible, long drawn process, just fishing for knowledge from candidates in the guise of contract review exercises! Awful! Avoid! They are offering extremely low salaries to truly experienced candidates and making you feel awful for even trying to ask for market rate?!? AVOID for your own sanity!

Oh they just want the knowledge. They were offering a crap salary base. The equity on offer was just as bad. HR seemed nice at first but then was a disaster nearing the end of the final stages. Wasn’t open to negotiate. Took weeks to get back to me after my last interview. Probably one of the worst experiences that dragged on for 2 months!

Ten minutes into the interview, the recruiter revelaed that not being registered with the country’s bar was a deal-breaker—something not stated anywhere in the job description. When I pointed this out, she seemed surprised. The call ended shortly after. Please include hard requirements in the job description; it would save time for both parties.
