Extremely quick and pleasant. The whole process took around two weeks. I had three interviews in total and one home task to complete. Everything was communicated clearly. I got offered during the last interview! How amazing is that!

My first call with Deel & PayAsia was on 13th April 2023. I got to know that I’m rejected on 9th August 2023. Even my documents were collected by the India Team, After 5 Rounds of interviews I was told I’m rejected as my skills aren’t matching to what they’re looking for. Isn’t this the first step of any interview? Still can’t figure out why they had to take 5 months & 5-6 interviews to conclude that, while I wasn’t accepting any other offers?
