Went thru the interview process with multiple other therapists that applied (waiting room full) and then they hired the person currently in the position for the upcoming school year. I feel they already knew they were continuing her contract but led us all on, completing 20 minute full interviews with everyone.

Interview

Several questions about experience with kids and how you would work in a team setting. Very comfortable environment. More of a conversation than an interview. It was through a zoom meeting with two people.

I applied online. I interviewed at Dedham Public Schools (Dedham, MA) in May 2016

Interview

There were about 10 people at the interview, ranging from the principal to department heads to teachers. They had prepared questions. Each person asked a question while the others wrote down every word you said. No one made eye contact except for the person asking the question. Very odd.
