A small mock project is given with scenario, and instructions to follow and what and how it is expected to be complete. It was well explained. It had to be turned in in a given time, and the time given was enough to complete the process.

It was an online application that led to a phone call. From there you take a home test to see if you can make their flat lays and you begin these online skype trainings where they lead you through the tools.
