Interview
My interview process consisted of an initial first round phone interview, a second round phone interview with a separate individual, and an in person interview. I felt like the Deckspire team was as interested in being able to provide me with a great opportunity to learn and grow as they were with finding out what skills and benefits I could bring to the table as an employee. The thoughtfulness with which they approached this was a major determining factor in my eventual decision to accept a position with this team.
