During the interview process you can tell that the employees are put through alot of pressure. They way the recruiter moved through the process seemed like she was put through alot of stress. The ADs that interview me seemed very concerned with my work space and children. Which is kind of weird, because the position is remote. The interview was super uncomfortable. Seems like leadership is not okay with you showing your personality. Make sure you go in very serious.

The interview was clear and transparent. Clear expectations were set and met. The recruiter worked really hard to get me to start by my desired start date. The final interview was personable and relaxed.
