Interview with Team Leader only. Technical person not available on the day but would normally be there. The interview was largely based on people and how you deal with different personalities.

Not too difficult, initial interview is getting to know you and your experience to determine whether you’re a fit for the role. Second interview involves a 15 min presentation on process engineering followed up with questions, this is on site.
