I interviewed with this firm a few months ago and the interview process was fairly easy. I had a virtual interview with the in house recruiter and then an in person interview with the attorney I would have been working under. I was slightly disappointed because the attorney continuously checked her phone during the interview and responded to text messages. She didn't ask me any questions and I had to drive the entire interview. I wasn't offered the position supposedly due to my lack of prior personal injury experience but looking back I feel as though I wasn't given a proper chance during the interview. After I was told the firm would be moving on with another candidate, I was told by the recruiter that my resume would be sent out to other firms in the area and that I would be considered for other open positions at Demayo, but I never heard from him again after multiple attempts requesting updates. Overall, the questions that I was asked were standard interview questions and nothing out of the ordinary, but I feel that they knew going into the interview that they were not going to choose me.
