Phone interview initially with Chicago area recruiter, followed by an on-site interview in the Kansas City area, Met with both the hiring manager and an engineer. It was hard to understand what the representatives liked about working at DeLaval.

Good questions. Not too far off topic. Not stressful at all. Followed a script of questions. Focused on determining your knowledge of the the negotiating, contracts preparation and customer focus viewpoint during your background.
