Several phone call rounds. The questions ranged in difficulty. One interviewer pressured for deeper answers and subsequently seemed satisfied. I enjoyed all of my conversations. Most calls started off relatively casual and then transitioned into primarily behavior based questions to gauge fit.

Interview
Opened Independent Brokerage office, met with Principals at home office along with my business partner. We had been in talks with Dawson James for a few weeks. My business partner had a previous professional relationship with some of the Principals which made our decision to join Dawson James much easier.
