Interview process was crazy! I met with the VP, Richard. He didn't really ask me anything, but instead went on a rant about how the company was a mess and how the only reason he hired the Regional Director in San Jose is that he knew he could her to do what he wanted. Then went on to talk about her strong management skills and weak director skills and that was why Davis needed more Sr. PM's. Ummm, no thanks buddy. You are admitting to putting people under a weak director???
Then the second interview was with HR and accounting and I really only did the second round because I was interested to see how crazy this place really was. And boy was it funny. It is very apparent that they do not trust the NorCal staff to make good employment choices so the second round is to make sure the local office interviews candidates that know the basics in rent and accounting, lol! Supposedly the company has been around for a while, but I did my digging and they function like a start-up barely putting measures in place.
