Fairly-laid back. Started with an interview with one of the floor managers. After approval, the floor manager helped schedule a time to meet with the general manager. The general manager was welcoming. The interview was relaxed.

Interview involves a food and beverage knowledge test and face to face time with managers. They are looking for a good personality, knowledge, and open availability. Not available on Sundays is a no no.

Interview
Usually do the interview same day if you apply at the restaurant, if not then respond quickly to online applications.
The interview will take place before service where the applicant meets one on one with manager who explains duties and asks about previous experience. Also the manager will ask about availability and talk about uniform requirements if hired. The manager will also review the standards of the company as a whole.
