simple and liked being able to see the environment I work in. Questions were not too complicated and gave room to answer in your experience. The manager made me feel comfortable and excited to interview.

I applied online and received a call that day. Simple online application process but there was pretty long personality test. I think they need to gauge your personality type.. how you interact with your co-workers etc. Came in 2 days later for an interview.

Interview
Previous to the interview, there was a short on the phone interview with the hiring manager where she asked a few screening questions like my availability and what I had done in a challenging situation. The interviews are no long online or on zoom, my interview involved going into store. During the in person interview I spoke with the in-store manger. The interview was relaxed yet professional and lasted about 30 minutes.
