Interview
You start with a phone interview, then a sit down interview, then you have a shadow group interview were each candidate comes in and shadows a stylist. The process took about a month.
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

Question 1
What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
