one round with hr, one with manager of position. Seems like people work alot here and long start up hours but with not the best pay but hard to tell just from interviewing.

Multiple stages with a take home assessment.
CEO final stage interview was weird. Felt like he was trying to be a therapist and ask questions about my family upbringings and why I am the way I am, nothing to do about the job. He was yawning, asking weird questions and just felt uninterested the entire time.
Unprofessional communication during the interview process. After initial interest and outreach from the company, I spent time preparing and responding thoughtfully, only to be ghosted without closure. This lack of respect for candidates raises concerns about how the company values people and communicates internally. If this is how they handle talent during the interview stage, it makes you question what it might be like as a full-time employee.
