Davenport Public Library interview questions

The process began with a timed online test involving alphabetizing, numerical ordering, pattern recognition, and basic library-based definitions. The second step was answering a series of essay questions concerning knowledge about Technical Services and some basic library procedures. The third step is the face to face interview with the Operations Manager and the Tech Services Supervisor. The questions were relevant and to the point; there were no traps or surprises, but they do want to know if you're a good fit for both the work and the team.
