Dave and Adam's Card World interview questions

AWFUL EXPERIENCE Had 2 interviews and an offer, or so I thought. First interview was for Customer Service and I believe with one of the VP’s. Went very well in my opinion. They moved me to a second interview with the Breaking Director for doing live box openings, since we had discussed that in the First interview it. 2nd interview went great, good vibes and genuine. They said we will be in touch by Monday. I reach out the Friday before just to get ahead of it because I really wanted the job. They offer me, but at $6 below what I currently make. I counter in the middle, they decline and stay confirm. I reply on Friday saying I accept. Nothing until Monday morning when they say all of the sudden the position is no longer available. Also, remember the customer service job I went in for originally? Oh yea those are filled up now too. So they specifically moved me to another department as a good fit, then I missed out on the original job because they took it away. 2 whole days to respond after I called once on Monday and again on Tuesday, left multiple messages, got transferred to wrong individuals. Whomever is running the show in HR is a mess and this really shifted my career. How can you offer a job that doesn’t exist? Extremely unethical and unnecessary

Hiring manager conducted the interview as a mere formality and did most of the talking. He had already decided to hire me.
