I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Datstat (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2015
Interview
One phone interview with Director of Engineering, then one in-person interview with Director of Engineering, Two Senior Engineers, CPO, and CEO (individually). The Director was interested in my experience, the engineers were interested in my knowledge, and the C level folks were interested in my plans/aspirations. Overall the process was fairly enjoyable. After the in person interviews, I was invited to take part in a company lunch that was happening so I was given free food and everyone was really cool.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Datstat (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2012
Interview
I found the position on Craig's list and responded to the post from there. I got a call back from the office manager who did a quick phone screen and set me up with the interview date/time. From there the process was pretty straight forward, I interviewed with the person who would be my boss, and the lead programmer at the time.

Question 1
I don't remember the direct questions because it's been so long, but most of the questions where around my knowledge and understanding my background at previous positions. The rest was a personality and culture fit.
