Met with recruiter to chat about and talked about my background. Was setup for a tech screen that had to be rescheduled due to issues outside of their control. Then communication broke down a bit in regards to rescheduling. Took two weeks and multiple different coordinators to get me rescheduled.
On the day of the rescheduled interview, I arrived early to the call only for the interviewer to not show up. No response from recruiter or coordinator.
Waste of time.
During my interview with Datavant for the debugging exercise on a pre-written CSV processing script, with multiple nested classes and around 300 lines of code, I completed the task successfully but still received a rejection. The interviewer interrupted my introduction after requesting it, rushed through explanations, and spoke very quickly, making it difficult to ask clarifying questions. This gave the impression of a lack of patience and poor interview facilitation. If this reflects the company’s work environment, I feel fortunate not to have been moving with the next steps.

Pretty typical technical interview rounds:
Hiring manager screening
Coding
System design
Cultural fit
I applied via their career website. A recruiter wrote to me asking for availability and then scheduled the hiring manager screening. I didn't talk to the recruiter though.
